Histoire
Eastern European criminals Oleg and Emil arrive in New York City to collect their share of a heist score. Oleg steals a video camera and starts documenting their activities, both legal and illegal. They discover how the American media can sensationalize crimes and manipulate public perception. Targeting NYPD Homicide Detective Eddie Flemming and FDNY Fire Marshal Jordy Warsaw—who are investigating their crimes—the duo films everything to sell to a local tabloid TV show called 'Top Story' for profit.
