Synopsis
Sylvia Stickles, a sexually repressed woman running a convenience store with her husband and mother-in-law in Baltimore, experiences an unusual transformation after being accidentally hit on the head by a lawnmower. This incident turns her into a sex-crazed individual, causing chaos in her tiny community. A Dirty Shame is a 2004 American comedy film directed by John Waters, set in Baltimore, Maryland.
