Synopsis
In a seemingly quiet Ontario town, David Beck and his wife Samantha run a bed and breakfast with a dark secret. David appears to be a normal man but harbors sociopathic tendencies, while Samantha has masochistic inclinations. Their tenant, aspiring writer Charlie Matthews, is also harboring secrets of his own as he tries to fit in. The harmony of their home is disrupted when the body of a young girl is found nearby and veteran police detective Anthony Dolan starts suspecting David of the murder. As Dolan waits for evidence, the tension within the bed and breakfast grows, leading to shattered lives and dreams when love and deception collide.
