Synopsis
In 'A feleségem története' (2021), directed by Ildikó Enyedi, sea captain Jacob Störr makes a bet with a friend in a café to marry the first woman who enters the establishment. As fate would have it, Lizzy walks in and becomes the object of Jacob's wager. The story then follows the events that unfold after this unusual encounter.

Résumé
Directed by Ildikó Enyedi, 'A feleségem története' (2021) is a drama-romance film about an unconventional bet made by a sea captain, Jacob Störr. The movie's narrative begins in a café where Jacob wagers that he will marry the first woman who enters. When Lizzy arrives, she becomes unwittingly entwined in this arrangement.
