Beatle, an eccentric loner with business cards reading 'Towing/Assassination', lives by her own rules and has minimal human contact outside of her psychiatrist appointments and weekly encounters with a stripper-hooker. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she meets Athena Klendon, a suicidal blonde with a secret. Athena offers Beatle a deal: change her life insurance policy to make Beatle the beneficiary in exchange forBeatle executing her. While they wait for the paperwork to go through, Athena agrees to help Beatle with her hit man infomercial and stay with her temporarily. Meanwhile, Detective Holt has been investigating Beatle's suspicious activities, but as events unfold, he becomes more puzzled than convinced.
