Synopsis
19-year-old Lilli Linke accidentally hits and kills a cyclist with her car one night in Bavaria. Instead of reporting the incident, she flees the scene. Her mother Anna discovers what happened and out of love for her daughter, takes on the blame herself. Anna is sentenced to two years in prison while Lilli goes free.

Am Ende siegt die Liebe (Love Triumphs in the End) is a German television movie that explores the complex dynamics between a mother's love and her daughter's actions.
