Synopsis
Alejandro, a wealthy young man haunted by his past, escapes to a beach town seeking refuge from his inner demons. There he meets a local girl who introduces him to the simple, beautiful side of life. However, even in this paradise, Alejandro finds that his personal ghosts continue to plague him.

Résumé
Amar a morir is a Mexican-Colombian drama-romance film directed by Fernando Lebrija in 2009. The movie focuses on Alejandro, a troubled young man from a wealthy background who seeks solace in a beach town. Through his encounter with a local girl, Alejandro experiences the simple beauty of life away from his privileged but troubled past.
