Synopsis
Amelie, working as a cashier in a supermarket in a distant suburb of Marseilles, receives an unexpected visit from her boyfriend Luigi during the sweltering summer. Meanwhile, Amelie's mother Anne secretly travels to the city for an unknown appointment, while an elderly man named Georges maintains his daily routine of grocery shopping and loading his shotgun for reasons yet unclear.
