Synopsis
Assistant doctor Anna Beck feels trapped in her relationship as her boyfriend pushes her harder and harder. Her life starts to change when she meets marine biologist Michael who uses dolphins for his research. However, their budding romance takes a dramatic turn when Anna becomes seriously ill.

Atemlose Liebe (Breathless Love) is a German drama television movie directed by Wilma Kottusch and released in 1999. The film follows the life of Anna Beck, an assistant doctor who finds herself stuck in an unhealthy relationship with her boyfriend. Her life begins to change when she meets Michael, a marine biologist whose work involves dolphins. Their blossoming love story is abruptly interrupted by a serious health crisis faced by Anna.
