Synopsis
Clay Beresford undergoes open heart surgery, but due to an anesthesia failure, he remains awake and fully conscious throughout the procedure. Paralyzed and unable to communicate with his medical team, Clay experiences excruciating pain and fear while they remain unaware of his consciousness. Meanwhile, his wife Sam struggles with her own personal issues outside the operating room.
