Synopsis
Clancy (Westley Scott) finds himself in trouble with the mob due to an unpaid gambling debt. His friends rally around him and come up with a plan to help him out of his predicament. Brittany (Tammy Parks), Megan (Ashlie Rhey), and Heather (Andrea Suzzane) lead their friends in redecorating an old building with the intention of hosting a wet t-shirt contest. However, they face obstacles such as disapproving parents, permit issues, and persistent collectors, but they remain determined to carry out their event.
