Synopsis
Beautiful Friend (2023) follows Daniel, a socially isolated and mentally unstable young man who becomes obsessed with finding a woman to stay with him permanently. As the COVID-19 pandemic heightens his feelings of isolation, Daniel documents his disturbing experiences on what appears to be a dark web platform. He spirals out of control in his pursuit, determined to make his desires a reality by any means necessary.
