Synopsis
Maurice, a homeless young man, finds refuge at Bizarre, an underground club in Brooklyn known for its burlesque shows celebrating self-determined sexuality and creative otherness. Maurice becomes part of the family there, bonding with Luka, one of the club owners, who develops affection for him. However, Maurice distances himself from Luka's feelings, drifting aimlessly through the city and finding temporary solace at a boxing club where he meets Charlie. As his repressed emotions mount, Maurice struggles to confront his true feelings.

Résumé
Bizarre (2015), directed by Étienne Faure, is a drama set in Brooklyn's underground club scene. The film follows Maurice, a French teenager who escaped France and finds himself working at the hype club BIZARRE. He becomes a beloved mascot of the club, but his past secrets and repressed emotions prevent him from opening up to others, especially Luka, one of the club owners who develops feelings for him.
