Synopsis
Sam Quint, an expert thief hired by the FBI, attempts to steal top-secret data from a suspect company in Las Vegas. After successfully obtaining the data on a tape, he hides it inside a prototype supercar known as 'Black Moon Rising' before fleeing the scene.
