Synopsis
Bleeding Hearts follows an undercover journalist who travels to the seemingly quiet town of Mansionville in pursuit of uncovering its dark secrets. Upon arrival, he discovers that the town is home to a cult consisting of five twisted sisters who capture men for their sadistic yearly ritual.
