Fuad Ramses and his family relocate from the United States to France where they operate an American diner. Struggling with business, Fuad takes on a night job at a museum of Egyptian culture. During these late-night shifts, he becomes increasingly captivated by a statue depicting the ancient goddess Ishtar. She speaks to him through visions and eventually ensnares him in her deadly allure.
