Synopsis
Corky, a tough female ex-convict working as a plumber in an apartment renovation in Chicago, crosses paths with Violet and Caesar, her neighbors who are in a problematic relationship. Violet, attracted to Corky's strength, starts an affair with her while Caesar is unwittingly laundering money for the Mafia boss Gino Marzone. The two women hatch a plan to steal $2 million from Caesar before he returns it to Marzone. They set up Caesar as a scapegoat in their scheme, but things begin to unravel when Caesar reacts unpredictably to the setup.

Résumé
Bound is a neo-noir thriller directed by Lana Wachowski and Lilly Wachowski in 1996. Set in Chicago, the film tells the story of Corky, an ex-convict turned plumber, who becomes entangled in a web of deceit with Violet, her neighbor and lover, and Caesar, Violet's mobster boyfriend. The movie explores themes of sexuality, betrayal, and criminal underworlds through its complex characters and plot twists.
