Synopsis
Jimmy Dade, a housewife married to the violent Frankie, has been secretly saving money to leave him. After suffering hearing loss due to his abuse, she finally decides to flee when he pushes her down the stairs, landing her in the hospital. When Frankie's car is found with an unidentified dead body inside, Jimmy becomes the prime suspect and goes on the run from the police, fearing that Frankie might still be alive.
