Hope's idyllic date night turned sinister as she returned home to find her daughter Jennifer already asleep. Next morning, she woke up disoriented in a dense forest, bound by an unseen captor who seemed to have disappeared into thin air. Panic surged as reality sank in: Hope was alone with a psychopath, miles from any semblance of civilization. For forty harrowing days, she fought for survival, her every move watched by the unseen entity that toyed with her like a cat does a mouse. Desperate to know if Jennifer was safe, Hope found scraps of information about her daughter left behind by the stranger who held her captive, each clue adding to the chilling puzzle she was forced to unravel in order to survive.
