Sam Reide, a man with the ability to time travel, works with the police department solving unresolved crimes. When Elizabeth Brown visits him, she reveals that her sister Rebecca's murder was pinned on an innocent man, Lonnie Flennons. Sam decides to witness Rebecca's murder to gather evidence for Lonnie's innocence. However, his interference causes a ripple effect in the timeline, worsening events each time he returns from the past.
