Synopsis
CIA operative Alexa (played by Shannon Tweed) infiltrates a prison to execute a terrorist during a breakout. During the ensuing chaos, one of the terrorists manages to escape with a microchip retrieved from the deceased prisoner's body. The CIA captures this surviving terrorist and convinces him to work as an informer within his own organization.
