Synopsis
A group of friends travels to an isolated Caribbean island for a surprise bachelor party. Upon arrival, they discover that the island is home to a secret medical facility and that something sinister lurks in the surrounding waters. The friends soon realize that they are not alone on the island, as strange events start to occur. It is revealed that there's a flesh-eating virus affecting both humans and marine life, leading to deadly consequences for the unsuspecting group.
