Synopsis
In 'Carreteras secundarias', set in Spain during 1974, teenage Felipe (Fernando Ramallo) travels with his widowed father Lorenzo (Antonio Resines). Their life consists of touring the Mediterranean coast in their old Citroën DS, occupying empty apartments near beach areas during the off-season. However, a change in plans forces them to deviate from this routine, leading to significant changes in both their lives.
