Histoire
In 'Cocaine Wars', Miami DEA agent Cliff Adams (Michael Paré) goes undercover in South America for Gonzalo Reyes (Enrique Pinti), the biggest cocaine exporter. His fiancée, Janet Meade (Janine Turner), a reporter, is investigating Reyes' operations. Reyes orders Cliff to kill Marcelo Villalba (Vic Tablada), who's running for president and threatens Reyes' business. Cliff refuses, adhering to his DEA assignment to work against Reyes. Reyes fears Villalba and Janet's story could ruin him, so he sends someone else after Villalba and kidnaps Janet. Cliff must now prevent Reyes' plans while saving Janet.
