Synopsis
Bernie, known as 'The Cooler,' works at a Las Vegas casino using his bad luck to jinx gamblers into losing for his boss Shelly Kaplow. When Bernie starts dating attractive waitress Natalie Belisario, he suddenly becomes lucky, making the casino's high-rollers win big. This upsets Shelly who tries to break them up. Meanwhile, Bernie struggles with drug abuse and voyeurism. The situation turns nasty when Shelly attempts to end their relationship.

Résumé
Cooler (2003) is a comedy-drama directed by Wayne Kramer set in the vibrant yet cutthroat world of Las Vegas casinos. The film revolves around Bernie, an unusual employee who brings bad luck to gamblers due to his jinxing abilities. His misfortune becomes useful for his boss Shelly Kaplow, until Bernie finds love with Natalie, a cocktail waitress.
