Synopsis
After being discharged from the U.S. Navy for assaulting a superior officer, Loren moves to France in search of a new start. He applies as a trainee at the renowned restaurant of his culinary hero, an internationally known master chef who has inspired him through his cookbooks. The film follows Loren's professional struggle and growth as he learns haute cuisine under this four-star chef.

Cuisine américaine is a 1998 French comedy film directed by Jean-Yves Pitoun.
