Synopsis
Ex-DEA agent Jack receives an urgent message from his brother Phillip, who was investigating a drug runner on the Caribbean island of St. Keith. Upon arrival, Jack finds that Phillip has been transformed into a cyborg by the drug runner he was pursuing. The story then focuses on Jack's mission to rescue his brother and take down the drug runner.
