Histoire
In 'Décharge', a former delinquent turned sanitation business owner named David Boutin (played by David Boutin) becomes involved with an adolescent streetwalker who is struggling with drug addiction. Motivated by his own past experiences, he tries to help her escape her life on the streets and encourage her to change her ways.
