Synopsis
Das wilde Leben follows Uschi Obermaier's life from her teenage years onwards. At age 16, bored with her job in a photo lab, she becomes the 'it girl' of Munich's club scene. Upon meeting Rainer Langhans, they move to Berlin and join 'Kommune 1', Germany's first politically-motivated commune. Despite other occupants' claims that she isn't political enough, Uschi focuses on having fun and leads international music stars in temptation while also working as a fashion model.

Das wilde Leben is a 2007 biographical comedy-drama film directed by Akiz, based on the life of Uschi Obermaier, an icon of Germany's 1968 movement and groupie. The movie explores themes of youth culture, political activism, and personal freedom, set against the backdrop of West Germany's social changes in the late 1960s.
