Synopsis
The film opens with a brutal murder of a young couple at a make-out spot by an unseen assailant using a machete. Their bodies are tossed into the river and drift downstream. Meanwhile, the townspeople eagerly prepare for their annual carnival, oblivious to the impending danger. A group of teens plans an after-party in the local cemetery late one night, inadvertently setting themselves up as targets for the killer on the loose.
