Synopsis
Andy Ommsen, a batty sandwich seller in Hamburg's red-light district, finally gets his chance to become a pimp when local Mafia capo Slobo hires him to guard Anica, a beautiful go-go dancer. Andy, however, has a complication: he also takes on the task of teaching a C-grade actor named Timo how to behave like a real pimp for an undercover role. While trying to maintain his newfound responsibilities towards both Slobo and Timo, chaos ensues as Andy struggles to keep up with his double life.

Résumé
Der letzte Lude is a German comedy film directed by Stephen Manuel, released in 2003. Set in the vibrant yet seedy underworld of Hamburg's red-light district, known locally as 'Kiez', the film follows the hilarious misadventures of its protagonist Andy Ommsen, who dreams of becoming a pimp despite his humble origins as a sandwich seller. The story revolves around Andy's opportunity to live out his pimp fantasies when he is hired by a powerful mafia boss to protect a beautiful go-go dancer named Anica. However, his newfound responsibilities are complicated by another task: helping an actor learn the ropes of the underworld for a secret role.
