Synopsis
Desperate Housewives begins with the suicide of Mary Alice Young in the seemingly idyllic suburban town of Wisteria Lane. The series follows her friends and neighbors - Susan Delfino, Lynette Scavo, Bree Van de Kamp, and Gabrielle Solis - as they deal with the aftermath of Mary Alice's death while navigating their own personal crises. Throughout the series, each year brings a new mystery or dark event to the lane, keeping the housewives engaged in uncovering secrets and solving crimes.

Desperate Housewives is an American comedy-drama TV series created by Marc Cherry that premiered in 2004.
