Synopsis
Two undercover federal agents, Donna and Nicole, are captured by Asian crime boss Kaneshiro. Instead of killing them immediately, he gives them a head start in a deadly game involving six other assassin teams. The agents flee from Hawaii to Las Vegas and Louisiana, trying to evade their pursuers. During their journey, they team up with other agents, conveniently forming a team of eight paired off in a boy/girl manner.

Résumé
Do or Die is an action-packed thriller directed by Andy Sidaris and released in 1991.
