Histoire
Double Impact follows twin brothers separated at birth following their parents' death. Chad (Jean-Claude Van Damme) was raised in Paris by a family retainer while Alex (also played by Van Damme), unaware of his brother's existence, grows up on the streets of Hong Kong becoming a petty criminal. Years later, Chad tracks down Alex and convinces him that their parents were murdered by a powerful Hong Kong crime lord, Mr. Kolya. Skeptical but swayed by Chad's sincerity, Alex joins forces with him to take revenge. Meanwhile, Alex is involved with a woman who may have ties to the same criminal underworld they are fighting against.
