Synopsis
El cadáver de Anna Fritz begins with the sudden and unexplained death of popular actress Anna Fritz at a private party. Her body is taken to an unnamed hospital for autopsy. A hospital orderly working the night shift leaks photographs of Anna's corpse to his friends, inviting them to secretly view her body. What unfolds next is a series of events involving Anna's fans and strangers who gain access to the morgue, each with their own motives.
