Synopsis
Ema, a charismatic reggaeton dancer, finds her marriage to Gastón, her choreographer husband, in shambles after they give up their adopted son Polo due to his destructive behavior at school. Résumé
Ema is a 2019 Chilean drama film directed by Pablo Larraín. The movie centers around Ema (played by Gael García Bernal), an impassioned reggaeton dancer with a tumultuous marriage to Gastón, her choreographer partner. Their relationship becomes strained after they're forced to give up their adopted son Polo due to his uncontrollable behavior at school.
