Synopsis
Four co-workers arrive at an isolated retreat expecting dull team-building exercises, but they're in for a surprise when their occupational therapist, Ginger, sparks sexual tension among them. Ginger encourages everyone to let loose, leading to spontaneous trysts and strip-downs reminiscent of teenagers' wild abandon. However, the boss, Frank, soon catches wind of these passionate escapades, putting everyone's jobs at risk. Now, the employees must find a way to convince Frank that their steamy encounters are merely casual flings that won't affect their work performance. Ginger, however, has some seductive strategies up her sleeve to persuade Frank.

Erotic Retreat (2005), directed by Copper Headly, is a comedy-drama centered around workplace sexual tension and its consequences.
