In a futuristic world, Michelle lives battling DNA hackers who manipulate people's bodies to kill them. She's an assassin trying to keep her younger brother Jackie out of trouble. When Jackie gets involved in a petty robbery, he's drawn into the world of DNA hackers, loan sharks, and gangs.
