Synopsis
After inheriting her aunt's house, Colleen and her two daughters move in. On their first night, murderers invade the home, forcing Colleen to fight to save her daughters' lives. The traumatic event causes the sisters to diverge in personality: Beth becomes a successful horror author with a perfect family in Los Angeles, while Vera remains in the house with Colleen and suffers from paranoia. Sixteen years later, they all reunite at the house, triggering strange and disturbing events.

Ghostland is a 2018 psychological horror thriller directed by Pascal Laugier. The film follows Colleen and her daughters after inheriting a house that becomes the scene of a brutal home invasion on their first night there.
