Synopsis
Newly engaged couple Sarah and Mike find their dream home in California, but their joy turns to nightmare when they discover that the previous owner's friend, Randy, is squatting in the guest house and refuses to leave. Randy, an eccentric surfer with a penchant for stealing Sarah's clothes, causes chaos in their lives, leading to marital tension between Mike and Sarah.
