Synopsis
In the small town of Nob Hollow, the Stackpoole family has been secretly conducting hideous human experiments in their basement. The family is led by Myron, who possesses super intelligence. Meanwhile, Loretta, wife of the meanest thug in town, Howard, is having an affair with Lance, owner of the town diner. One night, after a tryst with Lance, Loretta witnesses the Stackpooles dragging a man into their house. Seeing this as an opportunity to blackmail them, Lance discovers the family's terrible secret.

Résumé
Head of the Family is a 1996 American horror-comedy film directed by Charles Band. Set in the small, peculiar town of Nob Hollow, the film centers around the Stackpoole family, who are conducting mysterious experiments in their basement that involve human subjects. The film also follows an affair between Loretta, married to the local thug Howard, and Lance, owner of the town diner. When Lance discovers the Stackpooles' secret, he attempts to use this information for his own gain.
