Synopsis
In 'Holy Ghost People', nineteen-year-old Charlotte seeks help from alcoholic ex-Marine Wayne to find her missing sister in the Appalachian Mountains. Their search leads them to the Church of One Accord, where they encounter Brother Billy, a snake-handling preacher with a devoted congregation willing to risk injury or death for salvation. As Wayne and Charlotte uncover secrets about themselves and the nature of faith during their time on the mountain, they also unravel the mystery surrounding Charlotte's sister.
