Synopsis
Susan Jeremy arrives at a Los Angeles county hospital for a routine medical examination. Soon after her arrival, a masked killer begins targeting and murdering the hospital staff members who are associated with Susan. The killer's motive is revealed to be a childhood grudge; decades earlier, Susan had rejected his Valentine. Now, disguised among the hospital staff, he seeks vengeance for this perceived slight by targeting those around her.
