Synopsis
Lee Hwan, once a professional baseball player embroiled in match fixing, finds himself out of his sport and recruited by gangster boss Jung Sang Ha to work as a loan shark. Directed by Sang Jun Park in 2014, 'Hwangjereul wihayeo' (also known as 'Man of Vengeance') is an action film that follows Lee Hwan's descent into the criminal underworld. After his career in baseball is ruined due to match fixing, Lee Hwan finds himself working for Jung Sang Ha, a powerful gangster boss. The movie explores themes of redemption and survival in a world governed by ruthless rules.
