Synopsis
In the 1800s, twin brothers Karl Schiller and Franz set out to find the ring of the Nibelungen, believed to hold great power and located in Castle Dracula. Franz, a gambler, arrives first at the castle, where he encounters a countess who invites him to dine. Meanwhile, Karl, more scholarly and cautious, possesses an Egyptian amulet that may protect against vampires. On the Night of the Virgin Moon, which occurs every fifty years, five virgins from the surrounding village are drawn to the castle and vanish. When Karl arrives later that night, he must protect his brother and attempt to rescue any of the missing women while seeking the powerful ring.

Il plenilunio delle vergini (1973) is a horror film directed by Joe D'Amato and Luigi Batzella, set in the 1800s. The movie centers around twin brothers Karl Schiller and Franz who embark on a quest for the powerful ring of the Nibelungen at Castle Dracula. On the Night of the Virgin Moon, five virgins from a nearby village are drawn to the castle and disappear.
