Synopsis
The story unfolds during the summer in Menorca where Olivia, a young woman, is struggling to find understanding and stability in her relationships. After ending an affair to start a genuine relationship, she finds herself single once again. Her sculptor mother Nuria offers comfort and practical advice. When Fernando, a retired advertisement filmmaker, moves into their guesthouse, the island's dynamics shift. Olivia sees Fernando as a father figure while Fernando tries to seduce Nuria. The film is filled with comedic misunderstandings.

Résumé
Isla Bonita (2015) is a Spanish comedy-drama directed by Fernando Colomo, who also stars in the film.
