Synopsis
In 'Izmena', a young man visits a female doctor for a routine check-up. The doctor informs him that his wife is having an affair with her husband. Initially skeptical, he struggles with paranoia and decides not to confront his wife. Seeking proof, the man follows the doctor's instructions and they meet at a hotel where their spouses are supposedly rendezvousing.
