Synopsis
Rebellious high school senior Johnny Grissom meets his demise during a drunken joyride. Soon after, members of Johnny's inner circle begin to turn up dead at the hands of an unknown assailant. Johnny's best friend Eric starts to suspect that Johnny has risen from the grave, seeking vengeance against those who wronged him.

Johnny Gruesome is a 2018 horror-comedy film based on the award-winning novel by Gregory Lamberson. The movie centers around Johnny Grissom, a rebellious high school senior whose untimely death sets off a chain of supernatural events.
