Histoire
On New Year's Eve in Derry, Northern Ireland, four twenty-somethings' lives collide dramatically. Johnny, a small-time crook, plans to rob a nightclub, while Marie, a dissatisfied shop assistant, hopes for a fresh start. Greta is struggling with suicidal thoughts, and Pearse is searching for his missing brother Eddie Kelly, who vanished after asking about a local crime lord's activities. As midnight approaches, their paths intertwine amidst accidents and intrigue. Johnny and Marie meet at the nightclub, where he tries to rob it, but they end up falling for each other instead. Meanwhile, Pearse discovers Greta planning to jump off a bridge into the icy river below. He saves her, and they form an unexpected connection.
