On Debbie's sixteenth birthday, she and her sister Bonnie travel to San Diego. At a bar, they encounter a sleazy pickup artist who becomes obsessed with Debbie. He reports back to his boss in the porn industry, leading to Debbie's abduction on their visit to the zoo. The captors plan to use Debbie as an actress in their porn films after drugging her. Bonnie refuses to give up and seeks help from detective Vince McCarthy. Together, they infiltrate the porn industry in order to locate and rescue Debbie.
